Pandanni Sushi Roll Recipe

Pandanni Roll
This new roll may not be as well know as the Nigiris and the California Rolls of the Sushi world, but it definitely has the flavor and texture to match! Enjoy the flavors of fresh sushi-grade tuna with an Umami center of crab sticks and Masago.

  1. 1 cups Sushi Rice
  2. 1-2 Nori sheets
  3. Small portion of (sushi grade) Tuna
  4. 2-3 Imitation Crab Sticks
  5. Masago (Capelin Fish Roe)
  6. Cucumber
  7. 8 medium to large Prawns
  1. Place the nori on the white rolling mat
  2. Put the training frame on top of the nori
  3. Spread the sushi rice on the space allotted by the training frame
  4. Flip over the nori-rice base to make an inside-out roll
  5. Line up a strip of crab sticks and a strip of masago evenly across the nori.
  6. Roll the sushi with the white mat
  7. Create thin slices of fresh tuna and arrange the strips on the roll
  8. Press the tuna tighter to the roll using the white mat
  9. Place the cutting guide over the roll to create 8 equal pieces
  10. Top each piece with a prawn
