Dynamite Roll
Like the name suggests, the Dynamite roll is an explosion of rich flavor with a crunch on the outer shell, and soft, fluffy sushi rice in between.

  1. 2 cups Sushi Rice
  2. 2-3 Nori sheets
  3. Barbecued Eel
  4. Avocado
  5. Scallion (green onion shoots)
  6. Crab Sticks
  7. Cream Cheese
  8. Macadamia Nuts
  9. Spicy Mayo
  10. Eel Sauce
  1. Place the nori on the white mat and put the training frame on top. Snap the training frame in place
  2. Spread the sushi rice within the frame
  3. Flip over the nori-rice base for inside-out rolling
  4. Cut long slices of eel, avocado, and cream cheese, and then chop the scallion finely.
  5. Assemble the fillings across the nori
  6. With the white mat, roll into an Uramaki or inside-out roll
  7. Crush the macadamia then sprinkle it on a sheet
  8. Take your Uramaki and roll it on the macadamia
  9. Deep fry your roll in hot oil
  10. Take your roll and place the cutting guide on top to create even slices
  11. Drizzle on some spicy mayo and eel sauce on top
